Girl Swims Across Lake Ontario

A 14-year-old girl swims across Lake Ontario.

Annaliese Carr of Canada completed the 31.6 mile swim in 27 hours. She is the youngest swimmer to swim across Lake Ontario.

In this video taken from Toronto, Canada, you can see Carr swimming the last few strokes guided by a man in a kayak. She was met by a cheering crowd that congratulated her as she arrived at the pier.
