A shark tank exploded in a mall in Shanghai, China.
The tank collapsed while shoppers were in the mall. One man was taking a picture of the tank moments before the tank’s glass shattered. The whole thing was caught by a surveillance camera that was pointed beside the tank.
The man was swept away by the water that came rushing out of the shark tank. According to reports, there were 15 people injured from the water and debris. Three lemon sharks died along with other small fish.
The ten-inch thick, see-through shark tank was installed two years ago and has become a local mall attraction since then. Once a week, a diver would swim with the sharks and feed them by hand.
Mall officials do not know what caused the shark tank to burst.
