sex-ed teacher controversyAnother New York city teacher have found himself in trouble in recent months.

A sex-ed at Grover Cleveland High School in Queens, NY is accused of teaching in a sexually explicit manner. Students claimed he would spread his legs to demonstrate child birth and at one point grabbed his crotch when they discussed sexually transmitted diseases.

Students reported to school administrators that their teacher, Dyrel Bartee, taught sex-ed in an inappropriate way that it made them uncomfortable last November 2011.

The Department of Education said he was reassigned in November 2011 after the students complained and irrevocably resigned in April 2012.

He is now banned from teaching in all city schools. The Department of Education is still investigating the allegations.
