“Magic Mouse”: Floating Wireless Mouse

The “Magic Mouse”, the floating wireless mouse could stop wrists hurting after hours on the computer.

The wireless levitating computer mouse designed by Prague-based design studio, Kibardindesign, had been dubbed the Bat. And at first looks like a mini Star Trek ship.

This sleek new design includes a mouse pad and mouse with a magnetic ring. This magnetic ring allows the wireless mouse to float just above the mouse pad.

It can levitate to a height of 40mm on its own and 10mm beneath a person’s hand.

This latest design would help people experiencing carpal tunnel syndrome, the condition that causes pain in the hand, fingers, and wrists after prolonged use of a mouse.

The product is still in the testing phase and will not be available to the public yet. However, it has grabbed the attention of the public.

The product will come in two colours: black or white.
