A Vermont man was attacked by a moose in his own backyard.
Brett Olsen noticed the moose outside of his house scratching his car.
This prompted Olsen to go out of his house to yell at the moose. The large bull moose backed away from the car and suddenly charged at Olsen.
Olsen quickly went inside his house afraid that the moose would charge again. Apparently it tried to charge at him four times.
He told reporters that kept an eye on it from inside. He noticed that the animal acted erratically. He described it as going around in circles and at one point hitting his flag pole. He then decided to call police and a game warden was sent out.
The game warden suspected that the moose suffered from a brain disease. Unfortunately, they had to make a decision to kill the moose.
